Ipad keeps getting stuck in Safe Mode....

Hey everyone,
I recently installed this theme called ELEMENT or something and it made my ipad go into safe mode...
Now I deleted it but It still gets stuck in safe mode...
Please HELP!
I reeboted it!

These are terms associated with jail broken iPads.
