the same thing happened to me except it's still in English...how did you end up getting your data back?

Greetings. Glad that you goth our iPad back.
You should be able to get your data back by restoring it in iTunes via your computer. That is, if you had been backing up your data all along. I haven't backed up in a week and am wondering why.
On your iPad, check to see that you are the one logged in on iTunes. It it is not you who is logged in on iTunes you'll have to log the other person off and log in as you.

I lost my data because my new Macbook was also stolen (not recovered with the iPad) could only restore from old mac so lost 3 months of data and Pic. I now back up every few days to 2 or 3 other drives. If you still have your computer your data should still be there up to the last time you backedup
