I updated to the latest Ibooks version and it looks so ugly I liked the previous style of the app thousands time better! but this new IOS 7 themed Ibooks is so ugly! is there a way to go back to previous version of Ibooks? note that my ipad is not jailbroken

The only way to do that is if you still have the old version of the iBooks app in iTunes on your computer. If you do, you can delete the new iBooks app and replace it with the old version from iTunes on your computer.

If you do not have the old version of the app stored on your computer, there is no way to acquire and install it.

I don't think I still have it coz I fromated my computer lately, is it possible to have it from someone else's computer and install it?

no, you can't do that but Apple has recently started allowing owners of iOS devices that are not on the latest iOS version to download the latest compatible version of an app from the AppStore if the newest version will not run on the device in question. App developers can, however, choose not to allow this.

In your case, since you are on the latest iOS version, my first post applies, there is no way for you to get the older version of iBooks.
