Itunes 10.5 and IO5 on Ipad2 and now Itunes keeps starting be its self

Ok I upgraded to Itunes 10.5 on my PC and I upgraded to IOS 5 on my Ipad2. I set up the wireless sync option.

Now on my PC Itunes keep lunching it self every 5 to 10 minutes.

It's beginning to tick me off.

Sounds like you have the Wi Fi Syncing turned on. This means that when your iPad is on the same wireless network as your iTunes computer it will connect to the computer via WiFi just like if you had plugged in the iPad via the cable. This launches iTunes. You should be able to turn off the auto launch of iTunes in the settings.
