Can anyone help, my itv player app no longer allows me to watch, giving me the message'this programme can only be viewed in the UK' . I have tried deleting app and downloading it again, and it is still the same. Is there a way to get rid of it permanently so that I can re install it?

Hi there Stevie and welcome.

If you have already deleted and re-downloaded then I don't think there is any way to make it "more deleted". Are you using a VPN by any chance?

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend. It sounds like as it's not recognising your VPN as a UK IP address.
