Kicked out of app, data recovery possible?

While entering data to a small database app,hanDbase, i get kicked out and all my entries are gone and the sample data returns. I had opened and closed several times prior to getting kicked thinking this would "save" my data.Is there a way to recover app data after a kickout or is it just gone?

I doubt it, but you could try and contact the developers and ask.

I'm keeping an eye on HanDBase. If they ever start getting better reviews for stability, and the ability to sync databases among all my devices I'll probably buy it. I use Bento right now, but I can't use it on my Droid X.
