Mad props to Forum Foundry!

Yesterday I reported an issue I was having with these forums. I was promptly contacted by a few folks at Forum Foundry to discuss the issue. These wonderful folks kept me in the loop and the issue was resolved much faster than I had ever hoped. There is good customer support and then there is great customer support, I was introduced to the latter.

The phrase "thank you" just doesn't seem enough, so if you folks ever need any help you know where to find me.. right here on my favorite forums
