Mobile broadband

I spend a lot off time out on the road & there is times that I need internet access, apart from trying to hunt for a free wifi hotspot I use my iphone but I keep having trouble with Vodafone 3G, can anybody recommend any network for a Mifi that has good coverage & reliability?

It's always a good idea to include your location when asking a question like this.....Milton Keynes, sounds like an interesting place.

We have Vodafone here in Australia and It doesn't have good coverage here either.
