Ashpoo, I can't see you shop anymore!!

Well it looks like I just keep getting one hurdle after the other. I just rebooted the ipad and its taking my shop back to level one. Unfortunately it's been two days since I have done a back up on my computer . Any suggestions as to how I can get back my current game? Vicky please hold on to the eggs for me. Thank you.

Go to their website and go through their tech support. It will tell you how to restore your game from a backup that is automatically saved to your ipad everyday when you exit out.

Hi, my gc id is caessar.pI'm on level 24 now, yet I still haven't managed to breed horned wump n the second terrabear (is it pronged?) to complete my uncommon n rare monsters, respectively.There's also this bumpy egglet request by mr. X that has been there for like ages. I never found that one nor any tumper either.Does any of u have them? TIAPS: does santa stop requesting now? He only requested 3 monsters n then just appear in the shop occasionally.

I have sent you a friend request. I am breeding button nosed wumps at the moment but if I get a horned I will send it.

The second Terrabear is pronged but I don' t have one of those either.

Santa came to my shop and had 3 requests. He then disappeared. He came back and started again but with different requests. Maybe he will visit you again.

Good luck I will send you blue gumballs every day even if I can't always send the monsters you need.

Well all my hopes are dashed and no matter what I do it takes me back to level 1. Doesn't look like I am going to play the game anymore unless some miracle happens and I get my old game back. I had a wonderfull time playing this game thanks to you all wonderful friends. Take care then..goodbye !

Go to your options on MPS home screen and quickly tap 16 times where it says facebook (not the button but the actual word) and it should bring up all your recent daily saves

I do so hope you can retrieve your game. Thank you for all the help you have given to all of us on the forum.
I had problems with another game over the weekend and I thought I had lost it as it reverted back to level 1
It took a number of try's before I did get the game back.
