Necessary to replace iOS with Windows Mobile

Hello,
Is it possible to replace the iOS with Windows Mobile? I have a client that wishes to implement and Oracle product that has a requirement of Windows Mobile on the handheld device. The client wants to use an iPad, but I'd have to replace the OS to install the Oracle product. Is this possible or do I have to tell him no iPadding? Thanks.

The iPad is specifically designed to only run iOS so no, you won't be able to replace the OS with a non-Apple OS.

Check to see if the program or similar one is in the app store. For example, Oracle Mobile database client is availabel for iPad, among several others.
