Netatalk... How can I run this app using SSH?

GUIs,
I need run Netatalk using SSH Terminal that I downloaded from Cydia.
It happen that this app do not have an icon in "desktop" of my iPad.
I need to repair my iBooks like... How to Fix iBooks on iOS 5.1 Jailbroken iPhone, iPod or iPad? [Guide][/url] because I'm using jailbreak.
The problem is that Cydia not accept my creditcard in Paypal to purchase ifile app because I don't have option to pay in dollar, only in Brazilian money.
Is there someone that can help me?
