Hello!

I need techy help! I have recently bought an iPad and can use it for all the day to day things one needs (emails, news and social) but I want to be able to use it at school (I am a teacher) Without the kids being able to see everything!

Is there a way to lock the homescreen - Im thinking that Id like the kids to be able to see a page of apps and use them as they wish but they cannot navigate to another page of apps (i.e. not see my pictures/emails etc)

Does anyone have any idea if this is at all possible?! Or perhaps another way to get round this

Any advice nuch appreciated!

AFAIK what you are looking for is beyond the capabilities of the iPad. You can use restrictions to lock out certain stuff, such as the ability to delete apps, but you cannot restrict some native apps, particularly Mail.

Find restrictions in Settings/General
