New to ipad and have a couple of questions

Hello, my name is Annabell and received this iPad in early December. I have several questions. I have been playing with it daily and have figured out some things, but am having trouble with the following...
1. How do I upload and view a colleagues outlook calendar? I've been uploading the calendar on my PC and can view it there, but cannot do this on the iPad.
2. I created some groups that did not transfer over and I put in everyone's email address, but when I go to email the groups some work and others just take me to a list of the people under there. Not sure why, what am I doing wrong? How do you create the groups and link addresses under that group?
