Note taking/organizing app for iPad for typed notes

I don't care too much about fonts. Nice to have but not essential.

I basically need something like the standard Notes app but allows me to organise into folders and subfolders, etc., as well as allowing pasting of images if possible.

Grr, not available on New Zealand App Store...

Unfortunately New Zealand is one of the countries for which Apple doesn't handle sales tax. So each store has to wait for a day when I feel in the mood for decoding the tax obligations I take on when I put an app into that country's store.

The good news is that thanks to the remarkably clear language of the New Zealand Inland Revenue's website I've asked Apple to add iota & iota qed to New Zealand's App Store.

As of today (May 23rd) iota & iota qed should be available for purchase & download respectively.
