I went to the same Best Buy store today that I went to get an iPad 2 last year. It was swamped last year and immediately sold out. 4 hours after opening this year they still have tons of stock and every model and color available.

I was surprised but happy I didn't have to mess with an Apple store or Walmart/Target's limited options.

Had mine delivered to my work about 2 hours ago. Came 90% charged. Im watching my alma mater Creighton play in the tourney right now on my Ipad 1. Gotta put slingplayer mobile on my new Ipad when I get home. The screen on the new Ipad is pure love.

Southern Cal, got it at 9:30AM.

I didn't think it would be a night-and-day difference with my old and faithful iPad 1. After all, I successfully repel my impulse to get the 2. But after playing with it for the past 2 hours, there is no turning back...

Why so many? have you used it yet?

I use them for my business. I used it a little so far, waiting for all my apps to finish syncing right now. You can definately see the difference in the screen quality and it does seem a little snappier.
