Problem with iBook

Hi,
I downloaded a book from the iBooks store and it appeared to download properly (similar to many other books I've downloaded before). However, the graphics are displayed as question mark images and entire chapters are displayed with the following message:

This page contains the following errors:
Error at lone 1 column 1: Document is empty at lone 1 column 1: Encoding error
Below is a rendering of the first page up to the error.


I was really looking forward to reading my book! Can anyone help?

The best advice I can give you is to delete that book from within iBooks and then re-download it. You won't get charged again.

If the problem still persists, then it's time for an e-mail to Apple as there is a problem with the book.

But, usually, reloading it works. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
