Problems in iPad3 with install apps on [a piracy tweak]

To download an app it ends to do so and then it disappears when you should install simply does not appear in the list of downloaded and if I put in automatically after you download installation I get this error... Do already tried reinstalling a piracy-enabling tweak and still does, delete it and went to install but still the same problem, then that could be done?
