Problems w incoming calls NO SOUND :(

After downloading new ios7, my notification (sound) when i get a call on either facetime, skype even imessages is not
working, although i have it set up to do so on notification center.
If im not looking at the ipad at the moment i'm getting a call i will miss it..... It does not make incoming call notification
sound.
Please advise

Hi, welcome to iPF!

Is your side switch (next to volume button) set to mute?
Also look at Settings - General - Set Side Switch to, what you've chosen there.

In have the side switch set to lock rotation . . . . .
So that is not it

Try the usual fixes:

Restart your iPad - turn it off, wait for a few minutes and turn it on again.
Reset it - press and hold Home and Power button until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose settings or data by doing so.

If this won't help, go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset all Settings. You'll have to set up your settings again. Data and media won't be lost.
