question about splashtop streamer volume

can anyone tell me if i can make the volume a little louder when i connect my ipad to my pc, i have my volume up on my ipad and my pc at high as it can go, but i can barely hear the sound when i am looking at the flash videos or a sporting event, was i suppose to check mark something to make the sound better. thank you
