Refurbished iPad 2 apps crashing all the time!

I was just going through some forums and i found out that some people had solved the issue by deleting the integrated facebook account. But that didnt help me.

What i'll try next is install ios 7 when it comes out and set up my ipad as a new device and NOT restore from a backup. Then redwonload all the apps and i'm good to go! I guess...
