Side slider

On the new iPad 7 on the side of the screen there is a slider that will Scroll the page, can I get rid of it because I touch it by mistake a loose my page

I think you’re referring to the scroll bar that appears in Safari at the right when you start scrolling through a website.
Afaik, you can’t disable the scroll bar.
This might help, though:
Go to Settings - Accessibility - Touch - Haptic Touch, and change Touch Duration to “Slow”.
