I believe an actor named Jon Biggs is the man behind the voice of Siri in the UK.
There is a way to change it, however. Go to Settings>General>Siri and follow the directions in my screenshots.

Hi Gabriel,
I was visiting the Apple Store at Southgate Mall here in Edmonton today, and was surprised to see several people already lined up, since 9:00am this morning for tomorrows big deal.
They want to be the first customers in the morning, to purchase an awesome new iPhone 5. I couldn't be bothered by that enthusiasm to purchase a simple cell phone, iPhone or not.

I'm sure you will be another happy iPhone user...

Wow. That one threw me. Just for a minute I thought we had a new Apple Store in a mall I never heard of. I guess this must be Edmonton in the UK.

No, it is Edmonton Canada. Southgate Mall is the shopping centre there. Besides, a Brit would usually use the term 'shopping centre' as opposed to mall. personally, i like the sound of 'mall'. For your info, Edmonton, UK, is in the borough of Enfield, London.

Oops. So that's where Southgate is. Damn. That's on my way home from work. I thought the only Apple Store in Edmonton was in West Ed. Looks like I have a new place to hang out. Thanks.
