Hi, i'm wondering if you can sort something out for me.
I'm in Australia. I've got a notification that an app on my wish list, Snapseed, is free, so I go to download it and find out it's not free, still showing as $5.49. After a bit of searching I find out it's free in the U.S. AppStore but not in the Australian store.
Why is the app free to download in the U.S. and not in Australia? Who decides this? The developer or AppStore?
