She's just become active again in the iPhone Forums. I didn't even know she was a member.

I would say many here are......but we prefer here, don't you Sci? ;)

I've spent most of my time on the iPad forums, but somehow things in the iPhone forums have taken on a new perspective lately.

Yes, I can understand that.....it's a whole new world! ;)

What a superb contract, Hayles. I have emailed myself a copy, if that's OK.

I'm sorry hear about your continuing illness. Make sure you feel better, then stop in for 24 hours before you return to work :)

Thanks guys. I loved that contract. I must admit I love IPF and I didn't know anyone on iphone forums but now there are a few mods I know??? May look in a bit.
Yes, Scifan, I joined the other one at the same time but confess I found it more interesting here. Seeing as you are on there, I might peep in.

I have been having problems with a slow upload of written posts. When things time out, I get the message "Duplicate Post". Yet, I haven't been returned to the reading screen.

After I have cancelled the message I posted, I am returned to the reading screen and my "Duplicate Post" will appear after a couple of seconds.

I'm guessing this is to do with fluctuations in my broadband connection speed.

Nope! I'm getting the same thing. It must be Ipf.

I've been getting that too from time to time, it's ok now but wasn't so good earlier.

I get the same thing over here in Canada so it's not just a UK thing. I just hit cancel, go back to the reading page and refresh the page. The post is always there. Then later, out of the blue comes the time out message? Must be an app problem.

I have done the same....when the loading keeps spinning. Refresh seems to make my post show up...most of the time, anyways.

Happens to me too and I cancel my post, and it shows up properly displayed.

I find it especially true when I am up north at the cottage with very poor reception using the IPF app. One thing I did and you may want to look at too, AA..is tapatalk. It seems to load and respond quickly to PMs and also posts. Also, if you cancel out, you don't lose your message unlike the IPF app after you have just finished replying.

It's amazing how networks keep the crappy shows on but yet they cancel the good shows. Boy I do miss the 70's and the 80's when it came to TV!
