Made my first FaceTime call on the MBP yesterday. Works really well.
Ugh, I'm sick of my old MacBook right now. Won't let me back up my iPad even though I have 120 GB free. I tried this workaround involving Terminal where you can move the backups to an external hard drive, and of course I can't get it to work. I got all 100GBs of my iTunes library transferred, but now it's having trouble locating some if the files, so my iPod crashes when I try to play certain podcast episodes, and iTunes is telling me it encountered 100 problems when trying to sync because it couldn't located a ton of songs
Ugh, I just want to throw it out the window!
I synced my iPad mini with my MacBook Pro and it erased all my album cover art. How do I get it back? Also, I can't find out how to check on how much memory has been used on the MacBook.
Another problem I've noticed is that I can only access the upper portion of the pages in iTunes when I'm syncing the iPad. I can't scroll down the page to see the lower half.

Not yet. I expect I'll figure things out before long.
To check the memory...click onto the apple icon in the upper left corner. Press about Mac.
You have to press all three buttons together to get the pic. Than the pic will show up in the right side of the screen. You can drag it to iPhoto if you want to keep it.
You really need this decal.
