Did the Dino-Snowman quest end for anyone else?

I had just saved up 400 snowflakes and bought the Dino-Snowman statue and the Holiday Arc (as per one of the goals). Shortly after, it said the quest was over. Then the music went back to the regular music but I still see the Dino-Snowman tab. It was still showing that I had about 2 days left when it happened. Although I didn't finish all the goals (specifically the one with the Globamids), I'm thinking either the game mistakenly thought I completed all the goals or maybe it's just over for everyone.

My Christmas tree is fully decorated but it just sits there and does nothing. If it gave gifts or whatever every day it would make sense.
Maybe all the effort was simply to give something of ornamental value but that seems unlikely...even for a GI game.

I was really hoping more people would need help to build dinos so i could get snowflakes and decorate my tree. I am getting nothing from cave, apart from eggs, nothing from snowglobe or plane. Sorry i have one key which dropped the first time i accidentally used crystals to speed it up but nothing since.

Oh! Who knows then. I am on my last phase of decorating and it looks like you get something for finishing it but can't quite tell what yet.

If you finish all the goals you get fireworks, much like at the end of a completed snowman. That's it.

Well, as I said before, it's been a huge effort for no practical reward, even if the tree does look pretty. I expected some tangible end result.

You don't get the snowman. You get crystals and an ice Dino with which you can purchase items to decorate your tree or your island. I have joined your current Dino snowman. Are you able to add anything? I have a bit more but cannot complete it alone.
