Twitter app. that allows me to send tweets & messages longer than 140 charachters?

You won't find one. Twitter limits all posts to 140 characters or less. You can't get around that.

There are too many websites that doing that, but they need authorization to send tweets follow people and almost full access to the account which is weird, i used it once long time ago for a tweet but i need one for direct messages.
