Upgrade now or wait for iPad 3?

My 16GB ipad 2 is the first ipad I've ever owned. I love it but the 16GB space just isn't cutting it any more. I was thinking of selling it and then putting the money toward a 64GB.

Do you think it's a good idea to do it now before the holiday rush or should I wait for the ipad 3?
