Dashboard for Maps is a tweak that will add a few extra features to your native Maps application on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. The tweak adds a dashboard to Maps that includes a Compass, Odometer, and some sort of Distance Meter. First off, the compass is really helpful so at least you can get some sort of sense of direction when you don't want to double tap your current position. That just causes problems and makes your map "goofily" spin around, even bigger problem with interference. Other than that, the odometer is help when driving or biking and allows you to switch from analog to digital and viceversa.
