The above pic which I posted earlier, was taken 8 minutes from my house. When I got home it wasn't raining on my street. Not a single drop fell! The cloud burst lasted only several minutes and was very isolated.

Sorry to hear about that couple found in an underground tunnel. There was a landslide and no-one knew they were under it. The police only found out 10 days later that they were missing and mobile phone records led them there. We only had rain on the school bus and it was dry at Charmouth beach.

Yes, it is sad news. It seems that so much mud engulfed the car that it was invisible.

She lived in Crewkerne so not very far from us. The locals must have felt awful too. Let's hope it was quick with no suffering.
