The wood isn't noticeably slipperier when wet.

I'm recording the Indy 500, I've got to juggle the motor racing today as I'm watching the Monaco F1 highlights on BBC soon then I'll switch back to the start of the Indy 500.......so not only juggling the channels but also trying to avoid hearing any results before I watch them!!

I'm also recording the race, just like I do every year so I can skip the commercials. I'd almost rather actually be there at the Speedway and see it in person. I don't live very far. But it's so crowded this year, I'm glad to stay home!
