Come and live in Scotland; it's too cold for them to survive here...

Yesterday afternoon the weather was lovely here but it's back to the normal grey and overcast today....

Sounds like Alberta, Tim. When we arrived for our holiday at the end of June last year, we were greeted by the grandfather of thunderstorms! I was driving and had to park up under a motorway bridge for the worst to pass.

The "Summer" weather was very changeable. I think we experienced a year's worth in 3 weeks 

Moving into spanish summer...hoping to take my first dip in the pool this weekend. Should be in the 30's later on today.

Scotland what a fabulous country.we have the best memories and photos of our extensive trip there a few years ago.
We struck it lucky with warm weather and no rain.
Music for the eyes!
But alas ,we love the warm weather.
Happy to send the snails over for an extended visit.
Say 5 years!,,,,

It's probably because nothing will live in Scotland Tim! . I love warm sunny days but you can have the hot and sweaty ones!

Humidity sits on about 80-90 all the tIme
Temp a constant 25-30 tops
But the sea breeze keeps it all just right.

Rained all night here.
Just softly.
30degs at present
Small breeze and cloudy.
Water still warm as!
2 yachts out front.just passing through.
Low tide so a few natives walking on the exposed reef.
Looking for sea cucumbers.
Lazy afternoon

Weather update
As they say when it rains in the tropics it rains..........
Understatement.
It has been pouring out of the sky for 2 hours now.
Possibly 2-3 inches so far.
Doesn't look like letting up.
It's fabulous.
Sitting on the front deck,moon is shining through a gap in the clouds.water all shimmery.
Cool glass of red ,some yummy dip and biscuits, iPad.
Unbelievably the Internet is still connected.

Life is good..........

Yes and I remember listening to the approaching rain beating on corrugated iron roofs. You could set your clocks by the first rain of the day. It arrived within 10 miniutes of a certain hour daily - during the rainy season, I think.

Raining here too, quite hard! I'm sitting in the truck waiting for daughter to finish wrapping bread for her job. I still can't believe she's old enough to work! I feel old. She's hates working but loves the money. Sigh, get used to it my love!
