A miniature version of this statue is in the room at Buckingham Palace used for the Queen's weekly meetings with the Prime Minister.

The Queen is riding side saddle as she used to regularly and the horse is "Burmese", a favourite who was given to her by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police when they came to perform in the Royal Windsor Horse Show in 1969. She rode her for 18 consecutive years from 1969 to 1986 at the annual Trooping the Colour in London. Many of us will remember how sad it was when she rode her for the last time at the Trooping.
Didn't know about the miniature copy at the palace, but that figures; horses are and always have been her passion.
Wiki has a photo showing her on Burmese at the last Trooping in 1986 with The Duke of Edinburgh on the right and Prince Charles on the left. Here:
