What I see in my backyard...

In a few months, this is what I'll see again from my back door.

Wow is that out your back door....can't even imagine what that must be like to live with.

I've always wanted to go for a ride in a one horse open sleigh through the snow (got that from an Xmas song!)

Me too.....I know that song! Jingle bells.

That was taken before we got the majority of our snow for the winter.

Oh my....to me snow is a wonder and just so so beautiful....but to have to live with it continually must be a lot of work and a big pain at times.

And when it starts to melt in urban areas, everywhere gets really dirty. Filthy black!

Fresh white newly fallen snow is fabulous to see.

To me, Richard, that's the worse part of Winter. It usually happens for us in March when things are starting to melt and you start seeing the snow melt. It makes all the snow a gray or dirty white. So yucky to see!

I will have to post snow pictures...but not now, for heaven's sake. I will wait for the first official snowfall in my Backyard and post here..but for now, we have the Fall colors we get to look forward to!

That's a shame must be hard to work with and make everything slippery too.

I've been to our snowfields here a couple of times and also in New Zealand but have only experienced snow falling twice and that was just beautiful and magical!
