What do you think to the new material scifan57?? I saw the Classic Rock magazine album special to this album and was seriously tempted!!

I haven't seen it yet. I've still got the original album on cassette from when it first came out.

This is the mag and description, I may have misread it though, as I was sure he had 2 new tracks previously unheard on it

Classic Rock Presents: Rick Wakeman's Journey to the Centre of the Earth | My Favourite Magazines

I like the freebies that come with it, very interesting, but some people may say that it loses some of its originality when it's rereleased

This version appears to be about 14 minutes longer than the original release. I'll have to see if it's available where I live. I know that this version is not available in iTunes, at least in Canada.

Watched the, uhm, I guess it was a movie, Stingray Sam on Hulu last night. Very strange, humous, and rather twisted (Not PG); but this song stood out as charming. Fortunately you can watch it on YouTube without having to sit through the first half of the mock series/movie. :D

Despite the movie, the song is G rated.

Actually I think Tipton should do a song called Sun Kil Moon just as a thank you for making a song about him.

That would probably be a first.

The first time I heard the song was while watching an episode of "Sons of Anarchy". That show has a great soundtrack. A lot of obscure songs as well as new treatments of established material.

Here's a nice one.
