Whats so long waiting for A5 ios 5 jailbreak

Anyone know why there is no jailbreak launch for A5 ios 5 devices like ipad 2,
As pog2g anounces in his blog that sandbox is broken & there be no more time to release jailbreak for this devises,
Nearly 4 days passed & no news but asking for accountant & lawyer for him on his blog such stupidness !
Did anyone know new about such news of jailbreak ? & is they really have an jailbreak ?
