I put 4.3 on my phone and that is what sucks, doesnt work right with phone not sure why, but makes it run like crap, when I went to sync last night, it told me there is a new version, 4.3.1, I just did 4.3 last week lol what is the difference between them?

Is your iPad full?

iTunes seems to have it's own way of prioritizing which data should be on the iPad, if there is no free space.

nope, it's just halfway full (64G)
