The forum has been quiet since I went out. BTW, this is the message that I am going to email GI regarding loss of account for Janie, loss of friend for Bernardngo and loss of 3 glass display cases for me. Hope this is fine. <enter> <enter> <enter> <enter> <enter> <enter> <enter> <enter> <enter> The previous problem which I had is resolved. I could be thankful to you if you could do something positive about the problems mentioned below.

1. I have a neighbour, Janietub whose game has crashed. When she opened the game, it started from level 1 again. She has now started a new account under the name Janie2. It would be great if you could restore the game without causing any loss to it along with all the items she had collected and all the purchases. I am sure GI support will be getting an email from her within the next few days.
2. I also have another neighbour, Bernardngo who has lost all his neighbours. It cannot be said that it was due to his fault since greated than 80 neighbours could not be deleted in one stroke. I would like it if you could restore all the neighbours to the account.
3. I had collected 2 glass display cases from flights and got 2 from neighbours. The 2 which I had collected from flights were lost before. I could not get it through to you due to ‘temporary unavailability of support’. One of the cases received from neighbours was also gone. It would be good if you could do something about it.

Janie, I tried, but received NO reply information - neither "Neighbour request succesfully sent" nor "Promo code not valid". It was just like I did nothing.

No joy, sorry haven't received anything from you for a while now. Tried sending you a textbook from 96, but I think the only person that's receiving from there is Luke. Can't even send stuff to myself!

No, didn't get anything. Will keep visiting but I don't think there's any point in exchanging gifts until GI fixes this problem. And who knows when that will be!
