I don't need to think about this scenario, as it has just happened to me. I opened the game and everything has gone. I'm back at zero and as sick as the proverbial parrot.

I've sent a request for help to GI but I'm not holding my breath for the reply.

One thing is for sure, I won't be starting another new airport. If they don't reinstate my game, they will get some harsh feedback and I'll give up. Can't go through all that effort again whilst constantly worrying that it might all be lost once again!

I have done frequent cloud back-ups on my iPad but I've no idea whether that will help the situation.

Well, I am NOT liking what is happening here, so I have decided to write it a bit tooo strictly to GI. This is what I am replying--Janietub has send an email to GI stating about this restart. Bernardngo will be sending soon.

I don’t think I can tell anything more about the disappearance of the glass-display cases. If this is the first time you are hearing about it, this is for your kind info that this is NOT the first time this is happening. I have started a thread in the in-game forum and have indeed got a reply about the disappearance of something or the other before this. I think there is something or the other wrong in the current versions of the game which is the result of these things. I would like if some solution is taken out to these problems, because QUITE A FEW OF MY NEIGHBOURS HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS. Even though you told me that ‘my friends’ have to write for it, I am telling you that with constant game crashes, you are soon going to find that you have NO PLAYERS LEFT.

I hope you will do something POSITIVE about it.

Oh no, Nutty! I keep my finger crossed that you'll be able to restore your city (from backup, not from scratch). Just like you I'd just stop the game if that would happen to me!

Long distance items please.My sons Airport is called "Rigby's city" he needs landing lamps. My iPhone Airport is called Randy Bobandy , Needs fuel ad,landing lamps, fuel sup or spare wires.

Didn't think so but will keep trying. I can't see any reason why I get gifts from some neighbours and vice versa. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with level, or device or . . . Another GI mystery!
