Long distance items please.My sons Airport is called "Rigby's city" he needs landing lamps. My iPhone Airport is called Randy Bobandy , Needs fuel ad,landing lamps, fuel sup or spare wires.

I haven't tried to do any kind of restore, mainly because I'm not sure how to do this, but also because I first want to see whether GI can get my game back.
It was a bit of a nightmare yesterday when my game opened at level 1 with the start tutorial.
Below is today's response from GI, to which I have just replied. It gives some hope and I'm sure that all our forum friends will be interested in the final outcome.
The sad thing, is that this could happen to anyone. I wasn't doing anything extraordinary to cause the data loss, just opening the game.

I should draw your attention to the fact that game save files are stored on our server during a limited period of time and in case you don't have any information on your previous game or your save files are no longer available, I will do my best to help you and reapply your purchases from your old game to the new one.
So that I could look closer into your case and consider all options we have, please provide me with the following details:
1) Your username in the previous game.
2) Your new username.
To see your username tap the Sociality button (the button with 3 people in the lower left corner of the display) → choose another button with 3 people and you will see your username in the Profile tab.
3) More details about your previous game:
- What part of the game progress was lost? Did the game begin from the tutorial?
- Your experience level in the previous game.
- Amount of banknotes/ stars you had.
