So I told GI I can't redeem my restoration code because my 'add friend' function doesn't work. Their solution? You guessed it! They send me a new code......

I'm starting to lose interest in the game. I'm trying to build a new airport but its obviously not possible to rebuild something in a few weeks that took over 6 months to begin with. Most people's gifts are not reaching me and even though I can buy any building requirements with free greens its not the same anymore. Maybe I just need a break.

I just thought it was my turn to whinge for a bit. Happy travels to everyone!

I really do feel your pain. This is a crazy situation.
I'm slightly concerned that if you do get your old airport reinstated, it completely overrides the new one that you've created. Everything achieved in the new game disappears. Do you realise this?
It is probably good to have the back up of the new game in case they can't get the old one back but don't get too attached to it because I guess your primary aim is still to get back what was your original hard earned game.
I personally just took my new game to level 3 which allowed me to have neighbours and to create the new username which was a necessity to enable GI to get me reinstated.

I am fully aware I won't be able to keep both airports going. I worked so hard on the new one because I thought I would never get the old one back. I have since realized there is actually a chance of getting the first one back. When I got the restoration code I was so happy! And then of course I couldn't use it.... Needless to say I'm very frustrated.

Probably the most frustrating thing is that talking to GI is like talking to a brick wall. You can't help but wonder if they really read the tickets. Is there a language barrier maybe? I don't know what it is but you just don't seem to get a direct answer to your problem. They may give you an answer but it's never the answer to your particular question! They probably have a list of predetermined answers and they pick one at random.

Hopefully they can get me back on track soon and I will be happy again
Then it's just a matter of time until the next bug.
