Surprise surprise GI have told me that all my problems are because I have altered the date/ time on my device which is "not allowed". They have given me a code to enter in my add neighbour box but as I cannot add neighbours this doesn't work.

I cannot even find the words to express how angry and exasperated I am! I feel like Janie's picture.

I was just wondering if you sent them a reply? I yelled at them (in a very polite way), saying i never ever cheated and it was a technical problem on their side. After almost a week someone else answered me (Kate something) to tell me 'they understand how I must feel' (NO, you don't!) but there is really nothing they can do.....

I did reply saying that I adjusted the time when I was abroad and asking if this was what they meant. I was also cross and asked them what advantage they thought I had obtained and on whose authority it wasn't allowed.

It was Kate who told me I had been time travelling and I haven't received a reply to my email yet.

How much you want to bet they don't answer that particular question when they get back to you?

So I just started my first launch as Janie2. As I was adding points I realized my game crashed the last time I tried to launch. I kept trying to add points and it wouldn't let me. I kept getting the 'time travellers are cheaters' message. Trying to fix this I exited the game and when I opened it up again I saw the tutorial. Bad memories.
Anyway, as I remembered all this I started worrying about my sanity. It has taken me over two weeks (and lots of greenies) to get this far again and I seriously hope starting this launch doesn't wipe out my game again.
On another note; Duke has a sale on powerful bolts. Might be a good time to stock up on some of those since I never was very successful in getting those before

Did you travel? It can be unlocked the first time but close the game and go the second time.

They write that only. They wrote the same thing when I complained about loss of my GD cases. It can be unlocked the first time.

Power bolts each with 6 greenies!!! Who is going to do that? However, I think we can use only one per launch because I have seen that when we go for adding more than 1 consecutively, we get that 'time travellers are cheaters message'.

Well, it certainly seems problems with your game, because mine is all right and I am receiving quite a lot of gifts. All that we can wait is for the next update.
