I'm playing on my iPhone as well. Is it possible to set up my current game on my ipad?

GI sure know how to ruin a good game. We got the halloween challenge at least a week late. I haven't been able to receive gifts for ages so now I'm totally out of flight catering, landing lamps, fuel supplies and running low on everything else! I can't see any of your halloween buildings when I visit your cities. I've got no hope of completing this challenge.

I've now raised 2 tickets with GI on this issue and not heard anything back. I've now complained to iTunes and they've given me a refund of what I've spent on in game upgrades. I didn't even ask for a refund I just wanted to moan about all the issues we've had. I don't mind paying for the upgrades (although they are to expensive), but if we're paying a premium the game should be working correctly. At least it may hustle GI into action!

@bloobuoy1975 - GI are bloody awful when it comes to support, and it's a shame because they have some really decent games (Airport and Big Business most notably) and they have screwed them up somewhat (especially Airport City). As you have correctly pointed out, you can turn a blind eye to games (or apps for that matter) that are cheap, but the in-app purchase fees that GI charge are very pricey, which I do not have a problem with, but if you charge a lot of money you are entitled to flawless titles, and GI are not delivering this.

Anyone know the trick to getting aerosols? I have been visitng neighbours with my soul net bonus on to catch their ghost - this gives me 1 or 2. If I am only getting 2 a day though I'll never complete the quest. I've got 11 soul nets but can't use them without the aerosols.

My aerosols have dried up - I'm three wraiths away from completing this quest, and I think only one aerosol has dropped in the last 48 hours; every time I log in, there are two black wraiths waiting and I can't dispose of them... really painful, but I still have a few days to go, so will hopefully make it with time to spare.

@jdm, did you complete the quest?

I got the same problem too. Looks like they are working on it, but the problem will persist until next update. Hopefully there is a real improvement, otherwise I will request for my refund of the money I invested. Below is the reply from GI:

"The update is currently under development as we work non-stop to improve application performance and encourage your interest in the game process. Striving to satisfy your expectations our specialists are preparing new version but the exact date of the release is not available yet.Anyway I can assure you that it is on the way to being announced. I would appreciate if you contact me when a new update is released and as soon as the problem is resolved.
Although the request is marked as solved, it might require us some time to fix everything. We shall do our best to implement appropriate changes in future updates. Please, stay tuned and keep an eye on news and upcoming game versions.

Omg! I have only managed to banish 15 wraiths from my airport. Each time I use a net I get one or 2 if I'm lucky. Have been using the net to visit neighbours and banish theirs since I don't get them, but still don't have many aerosols.

I know! My flights have quit dropping the aerosols and if I get two when I visit my neighbours (per day not per neighbour) I'm happy.
