I've updated my iOS and now I'm having launch problems. You know when you press the launch console button and It takes ages to load up the console. Then when I'm adding launch fuel there's a delay before the points are added to the overall launch. I even saw the dreaded time travellers message once this morning. I'm scared to add any more fuel in case my game gets unfairly restricted like my sons. I've had the problem in the past but not for a while now and I'm now starting to wonder whether it's anything to do with updating my iOS software. It's a wifi-server connectivity issue with GI's server after each iOS update, I'm sure of it. I don't think the free greens we gained has anything to do with it.

Has anyone else had any similar problems since updating there iOS software?

Long distance items please. My sons Airport is called "Rigby's city" He can't gift anymore as he's been unfairly penalised.

Not joking, but got a whopping 48 gifts yesterday. Dont be too happy, that does not man I received gifts from those I do not. I ACTUALLY GOT 12 REAL GIFTS, WHICH WERE REPEATED 4 TIMES OVER. I got the same gifts from a single person 4 times over in 20 hours! But only from 12 people, thats fixed.

Yeah! Did not have time. Will send numerators of a fraction to you straight away. Do they know maths? Do they know the meaning of a 'numerator'? Next time, perhaps we will see something called 'denominator'.

Trog, did that ticket which was standing in a long queue finally get cleared? I got GI reply regarding the GiftsDialogue.NoGifts message to GI and now, I have to wait patiently in a long queue!

Yes they did, after over a month of almost daily emails. They said, and I'll bet you've heard this one before "This problem can be solved only by reinstalling the game". Sadly it was just another GI con trick, so if they ask any of you out there to spend all your greens and they'll fix the game, don't fall for it. Told them what I think of them, but frankly they just don't care.

Question, has anyone who has had their game blocked, ever managed to get it fixed without starting over from scratch?

What rubbish about 'not being able to undo' this. What sort of programmers are these people? Of course they can fix it, they just refuse to!

I'm starting to think the only way left to go is to approach Apple. I'm not sure how to go about it though so if anyone has any ideas?
What if all of us sent in a complaint about GI? Maybe Apple can set them straight.

I've tried asking Apple for a refund, but no joy. Tried asking GI too, but you don't need me to tell you the answer there!

For some strange reason best known only to themselves, GI decide to block somebody's game. You can still play, but you can't see or join other people's launches and you can't send out any gifts. After a fairly short space of time gifts stop coming because you can't return them and you can't add any friends either.
GI, when they bother to respond to a ticket if you press them hard enough will tell you all sorts of rubbish as to why they have blocked you, the favourite seems to be that you have cheated by changing the time on your device. That's why people start to worry if they get the "time travellers" dialog come up during a launch.

Well, if GI needs proof I really did have flight catering completed and had started flying to the new destinations, I just clicked on the stamp for Moscow and it shows I have flown there 5 times. I can't fly there now until I get the flight catering completed but I was happy I didn't lose out on the flights I had done.

I was checking another forum and someone on an Android device had the same problem but lost all parts to flight catering and Cosmic Fuel Station. This does not look good!!

I lost a pyramid and GI just gave me a lame standard reply.

Yes! they are still there taking up real estate, just invisible. I'm going to put in a ticket and ask GI if they will buy back a dozen invisibility cloaks!
