I can't believe I have actually run out of solid fuel . And it costs 1 greenie to buy, lol
All these solo launches will do that I suppose. I built another fuel station but at 1 a day it goes very slowly. Anyone want to swap 400 mail packages for 400 solid fuel?

Just wanted to let my neighbours know that I have not given up and hope to be back to normal soon. I did not have a backup of Airport City (I'm bad) so I have to wait for GI to get back to me and hopefully give me a code to get my game back. In the meantime I have been playing a new game and if they can't help, I will just continue along with the new one and ask for neighbours again. Just for fun, I requested my old game be my neighbour so I could take a look at the game I am missing. Happy to see it is still there.

FYI: As for my iPad2 problem. I took it into the Apple store figuring I could have it sent in for a new battery. My iPad was 2.5 years old and the Genius said I had a battery issue where it apparently expanded as my case was not fitting quite like it should be and I had previously noticed a blemish on the screen. I didn't have Apple Care and would you believe they gave me a new one, no charge. I asked the Genius if he was serious, he said yes, I signed for the new one and left. I have not read anything on a recall so why they did this I have no idea. Cheers for Apple!!

You mean letters of hope. Even I have bunches of them!! If Keladir ever sees this : What was the meaning of starting a launch without being sure that someone joins your launch and adds to complete it when you know that you cannot do it on your own? What was the meaning of adding only 12 pts? Just a tip : Please do not do things like this or else, you will find all neighbours gone. You know, we follow some rules for launches.

What fun!! I am expert on Dubai, but without a defroster!! Maybe I need to physically go there and get 3, wait..... that's spending money on a GI game. I'll have to think. With boring times on both games, I spend some time on Clash of Clans. Its a good game and we all can be together there, there is no unfair blocking and that's the best part. Theres also a live chat, so we can talk rubbish as there are no restrictions!!

Isn't it good to hear that some companies know how to treat their customers well and keep them coming back. GI take note!

I decided to buy a new desk top PC two weeks ago via Amazon UK. The PC came the next day and after three days it went completely useless. I spoke to the manufacturer and they were very helpful and gave me a return code number. I then called Amazon and advised of the problem. They offered to replace the PC immediately and had a new one at my front door the next morning - even before the duff one had been picked up. The broken PC was picked up the same morning.
I was very impressed by Amazon's service.
The new PC works great but getting used to Windows 8 is another story. I quite like it but it'll take a while to be comfortable with it.

Now Apple is not keeping up to my expectations. I thought of replacing my mother's old crazy Nokia with an iPhone 5s. The store is quite far from here, so ordered it. I set the delivery preferences to express delivery, which is supposed to take 2-3 business days to ship. Its over and Apple support can't provide me with any definite answer and tell every time that what is shown on the website is final, we cannot tell anything else. Why don't they understand that the 2-3 business days is over and that's what my problem is!! The Nokia is working erratically and a newest is needed in the fastest possible time. That's just like GI, not understanding the problem and replying back with the same thing!! That's not like Apple!!

It broke after 2 months. Took it back and they sent it away for repair. 2 weeks later got a new one. The glass on the scan part was broken and i didnt have my ink cartridges which i left in the old one. Took it back again, waiting for another new one. Bet i dont see the ink again. Wish they told me i should take them out!

Sorry to hear about your problems. I expect the ink costs as much as the printer.
I'm feeling ok with windows 8 now that I understand it better. The PC is lightning fast to start (seconds) and the initial interface is jazzy with lots of tiles, rather like the iPad apps. In truth, I normally just go to the desk top app which is very much like the windows 7 screen. I believe that an 8.1 update is coming in days. This apparently addresses many of the complaints that people have had with the initial release. We'll see. My conclusion is that windows 7 was fine for me but windows 8 is also good and it does have some modern extras. I just use an ordinary screen and mouse and after an hour or two of exploration, I was able to do everything that I wanted to.
