I should add, that after today's update, I'm still being told that certain neighbours such as Rigby's City "have been away too long". Also, as has been the case for months, when I do visit any neighbour, upon returning to my airport, the game freezes and I have to close it fully and open it again to resume playing.
As I said earlier, I can't yet see any improvement whatsoever from the update.

I don't see anything new either. This update likely includes "technical enhancements" AND the next quest (recycled xmas challenge with a crappier prize?!), but it won't start until a specific date/time, usually right after the existing t-giving challenge ends.

LtCol Rehab (may show as "username") - need Long Distance (LD) flight items like spare props, osc beacons, fuel hoses, deicers. LtColRehab2 - need LD flight items, thanks all!

I have the same problem when I visit neighbours on my return, my game freezes and I have to close and restart,
There are still a few people showing their away from the game what a load of ........! That includes myself
Funny though I'm a Daily player but I'm still showing away..

Have updated can't see any improvements in the game and also can't see any new quests
The only thing I have found is collecting coins is a lot faster

The code given by GI to Captain Flop had an @ symbol in it, and the code did not work. Just asking you to see if your code also had the same.

New update arrived earlier. I took the plunge and loaded it. All seems fine in general game play (this may be the first update that hasn't screwed up my game). I don't know what's new with this except for the stated technical improvements?? Is anyone seeing any improvements in being able to visit neighbours, or having blocked elements returned to normal etc? Nutty

I finally got another response saying i have altered the game which gives me unfair advantage and they cant unblock it. They suggest i start again! Told them i am not starting again but will delete the game and stop playing if thats all they can offer. So i guess its goodbye. Will still play tribes for now but have had enough of airport.

This is dire news, yet again.
I understand your frustrations,
Why not try sending a complaint to the GI CEO (I put her e-mail address on a previous reply - it was about 4 pages of comments earlier). If enough people do this, we may, one day, see some improvement.
Also, it's probably worth putting a poor rating and comment into the Apple store against the game.

That's exactly the same bull they gave me on my iPhone game, I told them where they can stick it. I haven't actually deleted the game I'm still playing and hoping that they may relent and fix it with an update as they did for Android players. Still waiting for the elusive fixit code for the iPad game if they don't fix that one, then I guess it's the delete button on both devices. These people really get my goat, they just don't care.

Yeah its really annoying after the time spent getting to where we are. I'm playing teamlava games to bide my time. They're ok and although they keep giving you quests to play other games, they do give you quite a lot of gems when you play them to various levels. Far more generous than Gi
