Wow, GI claim to have unblocked your game unbelievable! I still can't visit you, if you are indeed unblocked, you should be able to see others space launches and send out gifts. I had a problem having my flights register on the world map quest, opened a ticket, after a few days of email exchanges getting no where I get an email saying that a review of my account showes I am blocked due to time travel, they gave me a code to reset. The thing is I have still been able to visit and send gifts. Not using the code and will ask for compensation.

I added you and sent catering and just realised you didn't want catering for that account. Anyway i don't think my game is unblocked so i sent them another email. The code they give me has an @ symbol at the start which the game doesn't seem to recognise, so it wont let me click add button. I have explained this in an email and they just say "make sure your time and date settings are correct and you have internet connection, then enter the code where jt says add friends" whereby i scream at the ipad, I KNOW but it wont accept the @ symbol, why don't you read what i said instead of following a script? Could you try to input the code without the @ symbol? Who knows? It may work.

Seems to be working again but somewhat unnervingly the salutation at the top of the game has changed. No longer the email address but my game name. Just after I'd posted a rant on their new forums...

Lol. I dont think you posted on their forums regarding the salutation. Mine still shows my username. I suppose, it used to show my e-mail address many days before, but started showing my name after I logged in to GI.

Could you try to input the code without the @ symbol? Who knows? It may work.

Even though the drop rate is mentioned as 'very seldom' for all destinations, it is usually higher for high level flights. Try flying to LA. Thats the best one, for me.

If you have the greenies, buy Spyglass (4 green). Greatly increases chance of drop. Time it to maximize use on flights returns.

Cranberry was my last item, and I flew for days to finally get it.

Does it? The only time I used a spyglass, I found the drop rates of the minor items increasing, not those that I needed for completing quests.

I did. I had a couple of spy glasses in the inventory. And I was deluged with cranberry. Still after corn cobs and thanksgiving cake...

Do it again - fly only to the destination with the shortest flight duration that gives your targeted item (not the ones that drop ALL the t-giving items), and use spyglass if needed. Good luck!

yes - spyglass increases quest item drop by 150%.

New update arrived earlier. I took the plunge and loaded it. All seems fine in general game play (this may be the first update that hasn't screwed up my game).
I don't know what's new with this except for the stated technical improvements??
Is anyone seeing any improvements in being able to visit neighbours, or having blocked elements returned to normal etc?
