A bit more info: out of 4 flights, I got one chest. it contains only one map... soungs like the kind of destinations for those who have upgraded all the buldings long time ago and dont know how to spend their coins...

Sounds very difficult. Buy 20 maps from the Duke to fly one place and "seldom" (four flights in your case) receive ONE...just one map needed to then fly to a destination for one of the adventure collections, where you again "seldom" get a collection item...that you need SIX from each of the five destinations to finally collect the special building...ah GI...

Maybe someone already posted this but...after the last two updates, I'm not sure which one, but after the Warehouse reorganization, I cannot find my "Sky Captain" bonuses. I had two that I had collected but not yet used. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but wondering if anyone else has noticed this? Pdxsk2 Lvl 40 ipad / Pdxsk3 Lvl 40 iPhone - beacons please!

I have two sky captain bonuses. Go to the warehouse (brown cube, 3rd from left on bottom row of icons), then the sky captain things are found within the yellow smiley face icon. Well, they are on my game.

These are my flights so far and they all take 6 hours:

Turbo prop - 7 flights
Jet - 20 flights (I have 3 jets)
Delta - 7 flights
Powerful Delta - 8 flights
Jumbo - 8 flights

Maps I have gotten so for and these are active for 6 hours:

Tenochtitlan - 1
Alesia - 1
Delphi - 1
Constantinople - 2
Luxor - 1
Heliopolis - 1

So, in 50 flights, I have received 7 maps, not very good odds.

If the collected maps are active for 6 hours, we can continue to speed them up and go again until the 6 hours are up and hopefully maybe 1 of these flights will bring in a necessary part for one of the collections.

I am not sure which map goes with which plane and will need to figure this out so when I do activate a map, I have the right plane waiting to go.

I don't think this is going to be an easy task to complete and will take months.

Ah you are right, I got a map to Merida.

I dont know which plane is required for which destination... and yes the quest will probably take ages, but at least it is definitively feasible by spending only coins instead of greenies.

Hi there! I just tried one of the new maps. they don't work at all like the other ones: you need *One map* per flight (like all the other consumables, e.g. flight catering or oscillating beacons)! Thats why you can buy so many of them from Duke... Then it just looks like you can eventually have map sets dropping from the flights, but I dont know yet what they contain. When you get a star (first one after 20 flights) it just looks like you get the standard stuff... I would need a parking-meter, thanks

If I am not mistaken, they are the ones which could be previously bought from Duke with greenies.

For PARKING METERS, you can add Hobblechops1, who is not on Airport city forum, but an iPF member.

I'm glad you mentioned this. I noticed that one or two buildings of mine were covered by trees, but I thought that they must have always been like that and my brain was failing to register. It's a relief to know that I'm not totally daft (just a little simple).

Yes, these map flights only get you closer to more stars, and have a TERRIBLE drop rate for regular maps. They only drop one map when they bother to drop anything, so the only advantage you get is access to a random and VERY SELDOM single map, using coins instead of greenies.

LtCol Rehab (may show as "username") - need Long Distance (LD) flight items like spare props, osc beacons, fuel hoses, deicers. LtColRehab2 - need LD flight items, thanks all!

So sorry to hear that you have suffered the same fate as so many of us, hope you have better luck with GI than I did. I could well be wrong but I think it was either Rehab or Abs that had the email address.

I sincerely hope you manage to convince these thugs to restore your game. To my knowledge you would be the first one to do so but rest assured the whole forum would be cheering you on!

I keep thinking about GI telling us they have developed a new way to stop people from cheating and that it 'works perfectly'.

I believe that it was probably my message that you referred to.
I sent a long rant off to the GI CEO. I got no reply whatsoever, but, mysteriously, about a week later, my game was functioning fully once more with none of the blocks that it previously had.
I think that all the senior people within GI are Russian nationals but this is simply a deduction from their names, and because their main HQ is in Russia.
The lady in question is named on the GI website as being...

I sent a long rant off to the GI CEO. I got no reply whatsoever, but, mysteriously, about a week later, my game was functioning fully once more with none of the blocks that it previously had.
