Thanks! For some reason the time my day resets changed yesterday so here I am after midnight trying to get my gifts sent. This game does some strange things.

Well my ticket is in to gi for my game problems and I had a reply saying I was in a queue to be dealt with. It says something for the bugs in this game when you are in a queue for a game support!
One thing I did learn from their website that I didn't know was if you send a high value gift to someone on a lower level they can't have it,it sends them fuel instead!

I hope they're able to restore your game and that you aren't waiting in the queue too long. They have some major problems with the game that they need to resolve. I've been sending catering every day but maybe I should send something else until GI gets back to you. Let us know what you need.

Just downloading latest quest/update but I am not hopeful of username resolution!!!! They should concentrate on solving problems instead of keep sending out new quests. Maybe they wouldn't have a queue then........
