Ah Fred, I sent in a request the day after you did about my missing Donut Shop. All I wanted was 8 green cash to replace it. My reply from Support was to send me a code to "unblock" my game! Ummm...that's not what I asked about, I'm not blocked!! Maybe GI is busy helping Russia beat up the Ukraine right now and mixed up my request with someone else's...grrr. I finished the Valentines Quest today. Then the "Men of Steel" quest appeared. Like I can finish that in 7 days...the new huge planes needed.

Plus...all of my Flight Catering are now missing. Not sure if maybe I hit 999 and it reset to 0 after hitting that number, or if they just disappeared...I do have 3 facilities making Flight Catering, so they didn't disappear thankfully. Anyone else have similar issues?

I also sent a ticket to GI about my six missing Donut shops, They did reply with,could you please email us on the amount of Donut. shops you are missing, I had to laugh my response was 6
The man of steel quest is a joke, seven days.... Are they for real...

Well both you and Fred illustrate Catering can build up...I have no idea how many I had, but 0 after finishing the Valentine Quest . Don't think I'll bother emailing GI support even.

I also sent this in about a week ago - got 50 notes to replace my 6 donut shops. No screenshot required but they probably are able to tell in their "investigation" stage.

I don't have the same problem as yours, but I do have a faulty catering facility that keeps showing -17 : -12:-59 and does not produce catering.

Anyone able to gift routers and laser rangefinder? I need 3 of each. I will return compass or blankets unless you tell me different. Thanks.

I can gift intercoms if anyone still needs them.

I don't have the same problem as yours, but I do have a faulty catering facility that keeps showing -17 : -12:-59 and does not produce catering.

If you still have the negative clock on that catering facility:

Tap a bottom menu item. The facility should produce one catering. Take it. Repeat as often as you like, until the building "fixes itself" and reverts to normal clock.

Same thing happened to me on pyramid (see previous posts about two months ago), and again today. I have completed the Man of Steel quest due to "generous GI pyramids."

Happened to me with space monuments also, but they don't gift anything when it happens to them. Maybe flight catering facilities don't either. Let us know!

Ya. It auto-fixed itself and is now again producing normal catering. BUT, I saw Duke at all cities that K visited yesterday, but my clock said 2 days more! I'm quite confused.

No I can't send any of them. I can only send driers, blankets and wireless compass when I reach lv 41...

Sorry, I read this after sending you the blanket back. I don't have the jumbo plane yet but I am stock piling blankets and the compass for when I finally buy one. I have been concentrating on getting my town hall upgraded and have about 200K more coins to generate so duty free is always very useful for me. I will make a note and send you back fuel catalyst from now on.

As for the router and laser rangefinder, I am in no hurry to buy the upgrades, but figured maybe I should get the items before you all can't gift them anymore.
